How is the Breast Augmentation surgery performed?

The breast implant can be placed in one of two places. It can be placed either directly under your breasts or it can be placed under the chest muscle. The placement of the breast implants are dependent on your particular breasts, discomfort after surgery, level of activity (sports particularly) and other considerations that you should discuss with your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon on your initial consultation.
